Data deletion

You can request deletion of your TCG Card Central account and the personal data we store about you at any time.
How to request deletion
- Email legal@tcgcardcentral.com from the email address on your account.
- Use the subject line: Delete my data.
- Include your account email and, if you signed in with Facebook, note that you used Facebook Login.
We will confirm receipt and delete your account and associated personal data within 30 days, unless we must retain certain records for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention reasons.
What we delete
When your deletion request is processed, we remove or anonymize, where applicable:
- Your account profile (name, email, avatar, addresses, preferences)
- Collection, scans, folders, and inventory linked to your account
- Messages, listings, orders, and other user-generated content tied to your account
- OAuth linkage to Facebook or other sign-in providers
Aggregated or de-identified analytics may be retained. Backups may take up to 30 additional days to fully purge.
Signed in with Facebook?
If you connected TCG Card Central through Facebook Login, submitting a deletion request above removes your TCG Card Central data. To remove the app from your Facebook account separately, open Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, select TCG Card Central, and remove it.
