1. What we collect

We collect information you give us directly — account email, display name, profile info, listings, scans, messages, addresses for shipping, and payment metadata. We also collect device, log, and usage data to keep the service safe and reliable.

2. How we use it

We use your data to operate scanning, pricing, marketplace, trades, messaging, drops, and notifications. We use eBay APIs to fetch comps and (with your authorization) to mirror listings. We never sell your personal information.

3. Sharing

We share order, shipping, and listing details with counterparties when you transact, and with infrastructure providers (hosting, email, payments) under contract. We comply with lawful requests.

4. Your choices

You can edit your profile, manage email preferences, pause alerts, and disconnect linked accounts from Settings. To delete your account and personal data, follow our data deletion instructions or email legal@tcgcardcentral.com with the subject “Delete my data”.

5. Security

We use row-level security on the database, encrypted transport, and scoped tokens for third-party integrations. No system is perfectly secure — please use a strong unique password.

6. Children

TCG Card Central is not intended for users under 13.
