Terms of Service

1. Your account

You must be 13+ to use TCG Card Central. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

2. Listings & transactions

Sellers must accurately represent condition, grading, language, and authenticity. Buyers are responsible for paying promptly. Trades require both parties to confirm. Disputes can be opened from the relevant order or trade page.

3. Pricing & fees

Marketplace listings, drops alerts, and basic features are free. Pro and Vendor tiers unlock advanced inventory, route optimization, and bulk tools. Subscription fees are billed monthly and can be canceled anytime.

4. Acceptable use

No counterfeit cards, no shilling auctions, no harassment, no scraping of private data, and no use of the service for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these rules.

5. Third-party services

We integrate with eBay, Mapbox, payment processors, and email providers. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you use those features.

6. Disclaimers

Scanning, pricing, and market data are provided as-is. We do not guarantee accuracy of comps or grades. Use professional grading and authentication for high-value cards.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TCG Card Central is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
